Sundance Film Festival Tickets Go on Sale for 2026 Event
Tickets and packages for the highly anticipated 2026 Sundance Film Festival will be available for purchase starting Wednesday morning. This year marks a significant opportunity for film enthusiasts, as the festival is set to take place from January 26, 2026 to February 1, 2026, in Park City and Salt Lake City. Notably, this will be the final year the festival is held in Utah.
While individual film tickets will not go on sale until January 14, 2026, multi-day packages for both in-person and online attendance will be released on October 22, 2025, at 10 a.m. local time. The festival is renowned for showcasing independent films and providing a platform for emerging filmmakers.
Ticket Packages and Prices
According to the official Sundance Film Festival website, several ticket packages are available for attendees:
– **Festival Package** (January 22 – February 1) priced at $920. This package includes ten in-person screening tickets and early ticket selection, featuring live introductions and filmmaker Q&As, as well as short films and episodic programs.
– **Festival Package Second Half** (January 28 – February 1) costs $360 and offers ten in-person screening tickets for the festival’s second week only. This package also includes access to live introductions and filmmaker Q&As.
– **Express Pass Second Half** (January 28 – February 1) is priced at a premium $4,275, allowing for unlimited screenings during the second week. Buyers will enjoy early access through a priority line.
– **Ignite Package** (Presented by Adobe, January 25 – February 1) is available for $275 and is exclusively for attendees aged 18-25. It includes an invitation to Adobe Ignite events, ten in-person screening tickets, and early access to single-film tickets.
– **Salt Lake City Young Adult Pass** (January 22 – February 1) is priced at $300 for those aged 18-25, providing unlimited in-person screenings at venues in Salt Lake City.
– **Festival Package Online Only** (January 29 – February 1) is available for $350, offering on-demand online access to feature films, short films, and award-winning screenings.
– **Short Films Pass Online Only** (January 29 – February 1) costs $60 and grants unlimited, on-demand online access to a curated selection of festival short films.
