Community Mourns the Loss of Kim Wooldridge at 69

Kim Wooldridge, a beloved member of the Louisville community, passed away on November 1, 2025, at the age of 69. She died at Owensboro Health following a battle with advanced-stage cancer, surrounded by her family.

Born in Louisville, Kim graduated from Brescia University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in business. Her academic achievements laid the foundation for a life dedicated to her family and community. Kim was known for her warmth and kindness, qualities that endeared her to many.

Family was central to Kim’s life. She cherished the time spent with her daughters, Harmony Lane (Dominick), Brandy Huck (Stephen), and Margie Wooldridge, along with her grandchildren. Their bond was a source of joy and strength for her throughout her life.

In honor of their grief, the family has opted for a private mourning period. There will be no public service to commemorate her life. James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory is handling her arrangements, allowing the family to focus on their memories and healing.
