Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union has taken a significant step in its digital transformation by integrating MANTL’s Onboarding & Account Opening Solution into its existing Alkami Digital Banking Suite. This strategic enhancement aims to elevate member engagement and streamline the banking experience across various channels. The announcement was made on November 6, 2025, by Alkami Technology, Inc., a provider of digital sales and service platforms for financial institutions in the United States.

Through this integration, Jeanne D’Arc is poised to create a more unified and data-driven experience for its retail members and business clients. According to Larissa Thurston, president and chief executive officer of Jeanne D’Arc, the addition of MANTL allows the credit union to consolidate account opening, digital banking, and marketing insights into a single platform. “By connecting the data and technology across these solutions, we can better understand our retail members’ and business clients’ needs, and connect with them when and how they choose,” she stated.

As part of this digital expansion, the credit union is particularly focused on enhancing its services for local businesses. The implementation of MANTL’s Business Account Opening will serve as the first phase of its onboarding strategy. This will not only simplify in-branch account opening but also introduce an online business account opening option for the first time. Members will have the flexibility to open new accounts online in under ten minutes, significantly improving efficiency while supporting growth.

The integration is designed to reduce operational strain by automating routine tasks and minimizing manual processes. This allows staff to prioritize relationship-building and advisory services, which are essential for fostering community trust and loyalty. Following this initial rollout, Jeanne D’Arc plans to modernize its retail onboarding and account opening processes across all banking channels, ensuring a seamless experience for both members and employees.

Taylor Adkins, vice president of product management at Alkami, emphasized the importance of member-centric growth. “Jeanne D’Arc is showing what it looks like to keep members at the center of digital growth,” he remarked. With the complete Alkami Platform, the credit union can transform passive data into more meaningful engagement, enhancing the personalized experience offered to members.

The move positions Jeanne D’Arc among a growing number of financial institutions leveraging the Alkami Platform to unify digital experiences and drive measurable growth. By combining innovative technology with a community-focused approach, the credit union is committed to evolving its services to meet current and future member needs through the concept of Anticipatory Banking.

Founded in 1912, Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union is a community-based financial cooperative that currently serves over 100,000 members and manages $2.2 billion in assets. The credit union operates eight full-service branches across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, along with several specialized centers, including branches in local high schools.
