Kim Kardashian Claps Back at Negative ‘All’s Fair’ Reviews
BREAKING: Kim Kardashian is responding to the wave of negative reviews hitting her new legal drama, All’s Fair. In a bold move, the reality star took to Instagram to poke fun at critics who labeled the Hulu series “tacky” and “tasteless,” while boasting about its skyrocketing popularity.
The backlash against All’s Fair has been swift. Many critics have slammed the show, with one calling it “the worst TV show of the year” and another describing Kardashian’s performance as “stiff and affectless.” In her Instagram post yesterday, Kardashian shared screenshots of social media reactions, including one that read, “Some of the worst acting I’ve ever seen… I’m obsessed I need 14 seasons.”
While critics may be harsh, the numbers tell a different story. The show is currently the most watched title on Disney+ globally, ranking first in 28 countries, including the United States. The buzz generated by negative reviews seems to have backfired, with fans flocking to the series in droves. Kardashian highlighted this sentiment by sharing a tweet that noted critics’ reviews ultimately drew more viewers: “Critics realizing their reviews of All’s Fair ended up making people watch and love the show.”
Despite a shaky start, All’s Fair has seen its Rotten Tomatoes rating climb from 0 percent to 5 percent as more critics weigh in. USA Today‘s Kelly Lawler and The Hollywood Reporter‘s Angie Han have both panned the show, but Kardashian remains unfazed.
In a powerful defense, director Anthony Hemingway addressed the criticism, stating, “The show takes a minute to get into gear, but I do feel like it is absolutely striking something that is refreshing and creatively fulfilling.” He emphasized that it’s unrealistic to expect one person’s performance to define an entire production.
Kardashian’s Instagram post also featured her glamorous look at the All’s Fair screening last month, where she was joined by co-stars Niecy Nash-Betts, Sarah Paulson, and Naomi Watts. The star-studded event took place in October, showcasing Kardashian in a purple crop top paired with a fur accessory, sparking more conversation about the show.
As the controversy continues to unfold, audiences are left wondering whether the series will find its footing or remain a target for critics. With its unique premise and Kardashian’s involvement, All’s Fair is certainly generating buzz—whether for good or ill.
Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story as All’s Fair continues to captivate and polarize viewers around the globe.
