Kadima Developers Launch $70 Million Seven Park Residences Project

Kadima Developers has officially commenced construction on the luxurious Seven Park Residences in Hallandale Beach, Florida. This significant project, which is set to cost approximately $70 million, will feature a total of 124 units. Positioned at 218-220 SE Seventh St., the development will face the scenic Peter Bluesten Park.

The Seven Park Residences will offer a variety of living spaces, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 500 to 1,645 square feet. In addition to the residential components, the mixed-use building will incorporate 4,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, enhancing the commercial landscape of the area.

Features and Economic Impact

Planned amenities for the wellness-themed development include a swimming pool, cabanas, a fitness center, and a wellness spa equipped with a sauna.
