Alexia Nepola Opens Up About Relationship with Ex-Husband Todd

Alexia Nepola, a prominent figure from The Real Housewives of Miami, recently shared insights into her evolving relationship with ex-husband Todd Nepola. During an exclusive interview with Us Weekly at BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas on November 15, 2025, Alexia confirmed that they are currently on speaking terms.

“We are speaking. Yes, we’re on speaking terms,” the 58-year-old reality star stated. She emphasized her preference for a cordial relationship, saying, “Life is too short and fragile, and I like things to be good. I need to feel good about myself.”

The seventh season of The Real Housewives of Miami concluded in October, featuring Alexia’s journey as she navigated life post-separation from Todd, who is 53 years old. Alexia noted that the show only captured a brief glimpse of their experiences, explaining, “A lot of things have happened, and the camera is not in my face for all this time.”

According to Alexia, the filming took place over a three-month period about a year and a half ago. She expressed that the audience does not have the full picture of her life, stating, “Unfortunately, that’s all you saw, but there’s a lot more to tell.”

In March, Us Weekly reported that Todd and Alexia had reached a marital settlement agreement, nearly a year after their divorce filing. The couple had been married for three years. Despite their separation, a source indicated that they maintain a close bond, saying, “they are still together” in a different capacity.

At BravoCon, fellow cast member Marysol Patton commented on their continued communication, expressing her belief that it is “healthy,” and that she hopes Alexia finds happiness in her journey.

As Alexia contemplates her next steps in her personal life, she expressed enthusiasm over the recent reconciliation of Teresa Giudice with Joe and Melissa Gorga. “I am so happy for that. I have such a soft spot for Melissa and Joe,” she remarked. Alexia highlighted her long-standing connection with the couple, noting that their issues stemmed from miscommunication and external pressures.

During the engagement at BravoCon, cast members of The Real Housewives of Miami also reunited for a panel discussion. Alexia reflected on the positive atmosphere in Las Vegas, crediting the city for rekindling conversations among the cast. She commented, “I think Vegas is magical. Everybody comes here to have fun and be happy and have a good time.”

While some relationships among the cast remain strained following the season seven reunion, Alexia conveyed optimism about ongoing discussions aimed at fostering unity. “I want to give Vegas credit for that, because we kind of all started talking again here,” she said.
