John Kirby Appointed Director of University of Chicago’s Institute of Politics

John Kirby, the spokesperson for the Biden administration’s National Security Council, has been appointed as the new director of the University of Chicago’s Institute of Politics (IOP). He will begin his tenure on November 15, 2024, according to the university’s program website.
