This marks a slight decline from the previous list published two years ago, which included 49 U.S. courses. The United Kingdom and Ireland follow with 29 courses on the list, highlighting the global interest in premier golfing locations.

Several notable courses dropped out of the ranking, including Whistling Straits, Muirfield Village, and Yeamans Hall. However, rising stars like Childress Hall and CapRock Ranch made their debut.
