The project is designed with a row house style, featuring single-family homes on individual lots within a unique configuration known as a “zero-lot line subdivision.”

The site spans approximately 2.3 acres (99,810 square feet) and is located in the northeast part of Hartford, bordered by Naugatuck Street to the north, Clark Street to the west, and Brackett Knoll Park to the east. The development will consist of six buildings, each housing 27 individual single-family homes.

Authorities report that the existing site is currently undeveloped, containing large trees and remnants of former athletic courts, which will be removed to facilitate construction. The zoning documents specify that the minimum width of the new parcels will be 18 feet, allowing for the planned row-style housing.
