San Bernardino Man Arrested After $1,000 Ulta Beauty Heist

URGENT UPDATE: A man has been arrested in San Bernardino County for allegedly stealing $1,000 worth of merchandise from an Ulta Beauty store. The suspect, identified as Jerome Willis, 33, of Hesperia, was taken into custody following a swift investigation by law enforcement.

On October 1, 2023, authorities were called to the Ulta Beauty store located in the 12700 block of Main Street in Hesperia after employees reported a significant theft. Store personnel informed deputies that Willis entered the store, filled his bags with beauty products, and left without paying, fleeing the scene in a Chevy Traverse SUV.

The following day, deputies from the Victorville Sheriff’s Station, while conducting a separate investigation, spotted the vehicle linked to Willis. Upon searching the SUV, they discovered the stolen Ulta merchandise inside.
