Co-Directors Discuss ‘Saipan’ and Its Universal Themes

The film Saipan, co-directed by Lisa Barros D’Sa and Glenn Leyburn, premiered at the 69th BFI London Film Festival this week, showcasing a pivotal moment in sports history. This cinematic retelling focuses on the infamous 2002 pre-World Cup conflict between Republic of Ireland soccer coach Mick McCarthy and captain Roy Keane.
